At Carrousel Farms we work each day to provide the newest and most proven genetics in crossbred and purebred cattle. We specialize in club calves and are blessed to have bred and raised many national champions.

For more than 30 years we have been building our herd through artificial breeding utilizing the best genetics available. Our team strives to get the most out of the top end of our cattle by using cutting edge breeding technologies and elite sires. We have a love for purebred genetics, but also realize the benefits of crossbreeding and the gains made possibly from hybrid-vigor. Our goal is to mix the best of both worlds to create the ultimate outcome for our cattle and our customers. We offer a variety of breeds for our club calf customers and have Simmental, Angus, SimAngus and Charolais seedstock genetics in our herd.

Each fall we hold our annual club calf and heifer sale where our entire offering of club calves are sold. We select only the premium cattle to go through our sale so that we know they will excel for our customers whether the cattle are destined for the show ring or the ranch. We realize that not every calf born on the place is going to have what it takes to be a competitive Carrousel Farms show calf. That’s why we test our genetics in our state of the art feedlot. This part of our business helps us determine how well our genetics will work in a true production setting and allows us to sell a quality beef product locally while also having the numbers and experience to show that our cattle truly perform in all areas of the beef business from the show ring to the ranch to the feedlot.
